Green Mount Road Harley-Davidson

I would give this place a 1 star review, however, I did have a pleasant interaction here with a woman about 2 years prior - she helped me find and fit my helmet. The reason for this review is because I went in to pickup a seat bolt/nut kit. Should've been quick/easy, right? Nope. I waited at the parts counter for at least 10 minutes and was completely ignored, so I eventually went to the service department and waited there for help. When it was eventually my turn, the guy at the counter said he couldn't help me, that I had to go back to the parts counter. I explained what happened, so he called someone over there. One of the men that had just stared at me before finally got out of his chair to help me. I told him what I needed and he sold me the wrong part, lol. Luckily it was only $3 so I didn't bother trying to return it. This is the closest location to me, but I will just make the extra drive to St. Louis even though I hate the traffic there since I felt very unwelcome here. The guys at Gateway were very friendly and helpful.

June 5th 2023 traded in my 15 Ultra Classic for a 22 Tri Glide Ultra. Love the trike. Sales was great. Now the bad. October 13th 2023, still nothing from Harley about the 5yr extended warranty, nothing from Harley Owners Group, and wanted some extras put on and service didn't want to work with my schedule. At least that's how it felt when talking with them. Needless to say they won't be servicing my trike.

Everyone at Green Mountain Road was amazing. I was extremely fortunate to work with Noori. Noori has a passion for bikes and made the buying experience extremely pleasant and efficient. If you're in the market for a new or used bike, you gotta go to Green Mountain Road Harley Davidson. You won't find a better selection, price, or friendly staff.

As always, great customer service! The lady that have been there for years always helps me. She knows me that I come in look at what I like, and they have the most recent merchandise always available. Same as the main HD online store. However, this store is so friendly when trying to decide on which jacket, or boots/shoes, and accessories! Such a friendly atmosphere! Great inventory of new and used motorcycles. Gives the customers more options to choose from...if you're looking for the latest riding high boots, they have them!

"In early February I made a decision to buy a new 2023 Street Glide Special. I set out to visit several dealerships, see what was in stock, and explore what my 2015 Ultra Limited was worth in trade. The first dealership I visited was a huge disappointment in their customer relations skills and willingness to negotiate.
